11th Street Studios managed to stay busy during the holidays, as producer Blac Elvis spent 12 days in Studio B this month working on various songs with his stable of Mars On Sunday artists, including Pippy Thomas, Charmaine, Princess (from Crime Mob).
Cash Money/ Universal Records booked 4 sessions in Studio A this month for their newly signed r&b singer Jaquees, with EJ Washington providing engineering services.
Mix engineer Edward “UK” Nixon spent 3 days in Studio A mixing a song for Warp Records EDM DJ/producer Hudson Mohawke. The song, “Chimes” Remix, features Pusha T, Future, Travi$ Scott, and French Montana, and was released a few days later.
NNTME MuCo. songwriter Felisha King booked 3 sessions in Studio C to record some fresh new songs for her catalog, with Quick engineering.
Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star and Chinga Chang/ Sony Records artist Lil’ Scrappy booked a day in Studio A to work on some new material with producer Drumma Boy for his upcoming mixtape. Pat engineered.
Polo Grounds/ Capitol Records artist Diamond booked a session in Studio C with engineer Steve Fisher to record some new material for her upcoming mixtape.
Brick Squad Monopoly/ Atlantic Records artist Waka Flocka Flame booked a day in Studio A to work with his producers 808 Mafia. Southside and TM88 worked on the music while Queso handled engineering duties.
Independent singer/ songwriter Michelle Jovan booked a session in Studio C to record a few songs with engineer Kurt Lindsay.
